Two weeks in Australia (No. 2)

Hello everybody!
Since I already promised to update with ten pictures everyday, I will keep my promise, and share ten new photos with you. I hope you will enjoy... :)

Me and my family went on a guided tour in the rainforest, and this is just one of the many beautiful views we got over Port Douglas and the Dain Tree Rainforest.

Lol... I love this sign! If you don't get it: well, it is a warning for all drivers to be careful when driving since there are cassowaries, running around next to the street. A local artist then decided to make these signs, as "before" and "after" pictures.... ;)

Tall trees in the rainforest.

This was our breakfast stop, where we sat and ate some Tim Tam and drank some tea... YUM! Our guide also drove this really cool car, which was able to drive through the river.. How awesome isn't that?

Fan Palms, which are nearly extinct.. It's sad, cause they were actually really pretty... :(

This was one other brief stop which we made, and this time it was on a long beach. :)

Haha! This is my brother with his aboriginal painting, that our guide made out of stones.... That is actually how the real aboriginals make their paintings! If you wonder - no, I didn't get a painting... ^^

Our last stop on are little rainforest tour was at an ice-cream stop, though it was kind of strange. Their flavors were stuff that I had never even heard about, and you weren't allowed to choose your own flavors, since the shop owner chose for you... It was kind of cool, but not so yummy..

My brother with his new boomerang. It was handmade, and painted by the seller, and I actually think it looks kind of cool..!

Manly! This photo is taken in Sydney, and a small place in the suburb of Sydney... It is called Manly, and it has two really great beaches.. :)

Bye! - Lotte
